purchased through AskForInk.com.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied completely with any product ordered through us, you
can send us the product back (unused portion) within 90 days from date of shipment. You will be
entitled to a full refund or exchange as determined at that stage. In case of defects in laser toners, remanufactured printer ink cartridges or printer ink refill kits, please return
the unused portion within 90 days from date of shipment of product(s) and you can avail a complete
refund or exchange as determined appropriately.
NOTE: We make sure that our customers are not inconvenienced at any point. We know how
crucial your printing jobs can be can we do not want you to lose valuable time waiting for a
product return. As a gesture of good business practice, AskForInk.com often sends an immediate replacement cartridge so that your work is not
hampered till you get the original order exchanged. We expect you to return the replacement product
once you receive the exchanged original order or we will charge you for the
replacement.
At the time of return of any product purchased through AskForInk.com, you will also need to
forgo any discounted or special promotional item received in conjunction with the non-promotional
items. In case you are unable to return the discounted or promotional item offered along with the
actual purchase, you will be charged a small fee for the free item.
All returns needs to be accompanied with the Online Order number and explicit request for
product refund or replacement. Also in order for the return to be accepted, kindly mention the
AskForInk.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package below our
return address and enclose a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip.
Please do provide us with a phone number where you can be reached during the daytime and email
address in order to expedite the return process. In order for the returned cartridges to be
accepted, please make sure that at least 75% of the cartridge capacity is intact when compared to a
new one. Kindly adhere to the following instructions when returning a non-defective or defective
item for better service.

Please note that only items (depleted or otherwise) purchased from Askforink.com will be
entertained for returns. If products are ordered wrongly, a 15% restocking fee may be applicable in
case of refund requests. Non-defective returns must essentially have all the accessories, manuals,
warranty cars besides being in the original condition.
All refund, replacement and repair request are expedited but kindly allow a maximum of 7
business days for the processing. We credit the purchase amount back to the credit card used for
the purchase within 7 working days. It is normal for the Credit Card companies to process such
merchant credits within 30 days and should reflect in your next credit card statement.
